Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Sales: Drive property sales by identifying potential buyers, presenting properties, and negotiating deals to ensure successful transactions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and personalized services to meet their needs, whether they are buying, selling, or investing.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, property values, and new listings. Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date market insights and property information.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and prospecting. Build a strong pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
  • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits that align with client requirements.
  • Sales Negotiation: Work closely with clients to negotiate offers and counteroffers, ensuring the best possible terms for both buyers and sellers.
  • Documentation & Paperwork: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation, ensuring all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other agents and departments to ensure a seamless property sale process and share knowledge and resources to support team success.
